Terms and Conditions

The Service lets you create, instruct and manage AI employees: software agents that carry out work you describe, using tools you choose to connect. AI employees act on your instructions and within the limits you set. Actions that send messages, spend money or commit your organisation wait for your approval unless you have chosen otherwise in the dashboard.

• You must be 18 or older and, if acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it.
• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Give accurate billing and contact details and keep them current.

• Free trial: new organisations may start one 7-day trial (1 AI employee, 10 credits). No card is required and nothing is charged. When the trial ends, the office pauses until a plan is chosen; nothing is deleted and no payment is taken without your explicit purchase. One trial per organisation; repeated sign-ups to obtain further trials are a breach of these terms.
• Plans are billed in advance, per organisation, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on techlane.ai/pricing at the time of purchase: Starter (1 AI employee, 15 credits a month), Pro (5 AI employees, 130 credits a month) and Scale (15 AI employees, 450 credits a month); larger teams on request. Every plan includes WhatsApp, Slack and every app connection. Customers are billed in US dollars worldwide; customers in India are billed in fixed Indian rupee prices, which exclude 18% GST (added at checkout). Yearly plans are priced at ten months of the monthly price and their monthly credit allowance is released month by month. Customers outside India are served under these same terms. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
• Usage allowance: each plan includes the number of credits stated above each month; unused allowance does not carry over. Usage beyond the allowance is drawn from prepaid credits bought in the dashboard at 1 credit = USD 1 (about INR 96, plus GST in India). The cost of every action is shown before it is spent and you can set a daily cap.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay or another licensed payment processor. We do not store card or bank details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period (monthly or yearly). Ending the free trial early stops access immediately; no charge is ever made for a trial.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

You own the instructions, files and data you provide and the outputs your AI employees produce for you. You grant us a licence to host, process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and to the tools you connect, and for ensuring your instructions comply with the law and with the terms of those tools. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send unsolicited bulk messages, harass anyone, impersonate a person or organisation, generate content that is unlawful in India, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or resell the Service without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

AI employees can make mistakes. Outputs are produced by automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, particularly for legal, financial, medical or safety-related matters. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice and does not create an advocate-client, accountant-client or similar relationship.

Connecting a third-party tool (for example a mailbox, WhatsApp, a calendar, a cloud drive, a CRM or a creative service) is your choice and subject to that provider's terms. Some providers restrict automated use of their consumer products; you are responsible for using such tools in line with their terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or actions of third-party providers.

We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is available by email at admin@techlane.ai, answered within one business day worldwide, and by phone at +91 9773665117, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST (UTC+5:30).

The Service, its software, design and documentation are owned by Techlane AI Private Limited or its licensors and protected by law. These terms do not transfer any rights in the Service to you beyond the right to use it as described.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law, with notice where practicable. On termination your right to use the Service ends; your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business, or for actions taken by third-party tools on your instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your instructions to AI employees, your use of connected tools, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the following: any dispute will first be raised in writing to admin@techlane.ai and the parties will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before starting proceedings.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
